All scores are 0-100. Composite AI Opportunity score blends:

- Liquidity score (watcher / favorite velocity, demand-supply balance)
- Scarcity score (inverse of supply, boosted by discontinued / limited-edition signals)
- Demand score (watcher + favorite counts, log-scaled)
- Collector score (count of rare-collector signals)
- Future 6m / 12m scores (momentum + scarcity + demand regression)
- Confidence score (honest reporting based on number of measured data points)

Decisions: BUY / WAIT / SELL / WATCHLIST / AVOID.

## Data provenance
- Mercari: integrations modeled on github.com/nicholasc861/Mercari-API. Without live credentials, the runtime falls back to a deterministic synthetic engine clearly labelled "estimated".
- Yahoo Auctions Japan: integrations modeled on github.com/isdampe/Yahoo-Auctions-Japan-API. Without YAHOO_APP_ID, falls back to "estimated".
- All other marketplaces: deterministic synthetic engine, labelled "estimated".
- All synthetic prices are clearly marked. Never represent them as live market data.

## Honesty policy
- Each price point is tagged origin: measured | estimated | predicted.
- Confidence is reported per opportunity. If data is thin, confidence is low and the system says so.
- The system never fabricates seller names, listing IDs, or URLs.
- All recommendations are non-financial advice.
